GTG Membership Service includes:

Identification and determination of Training Needs, in consultation with Executive and/or Operational Managers, to meet with Company Business Plans.

Ongoing assistance in the production of management audits and Staff Development Plans arising from the Member’s identified needs.

The preparation and/or resourcing of Development and Training Programmes as required.

Guidance and assistance in the implementation, administration, monitoring and measurement of Training Programmes.
