About Apprenticeships

ABOUT APPRENTICESHIPS

Apprenticeships are an excellent way for your business to develop employees with the skills and experience you need. Apprentices will get hands-on experience and on-the-job training, and at the same time gain respected qualifications.

Take on a young person aged 16-24 as an apprentice or develop existing staff by enrolling them onto the programme. Either way you’ll receive financial assistance towards the cost of the training and assessment from the Skills Funding Agency.

There are two levels of Apprenticeship - For further details please click on the training services tab.

* integrated programme – bringing together the various elements of a Apprenticeship to deliver a coherent and integrated programme

* completion certificate – making arrangements for obtaining completion certificates for Apprentices who successfully complete the programme

THE ROLE OF THE EMPLOYER
